Guest Operations Manager, Kennedy Space Center

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Guest Operations Manager to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. As a Guest Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily park operations on-site, serving as the company’s representative to guests, clients, and team members. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? Oversee daily operations of attractions, tours, and exhibits, ensuring a seamless guest experience  Manage front-line team members, maintaining operational standards, service quality, and appropriate staffing levels  Ensure all operational areas are show-ready, properly staffed, and prepared for guest interactions  Oversee labor management, scheduling, and compliance with staffing agreements and policies  Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to enhance guest services and special events 

More about you Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience may substitute  Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a theme park or attraction environment preferred    Experience with Microsoft Office programs, ticketing systems, exhibits, AV, and ride systems   Experience in guest operations and excellent communication skills 

Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Continous walking and standing
