Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Guest Experience Attendant who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to join our team and work at Oaks Wellington Hotel on a part time basis.
Theses position will have the opportunity to work in both the busy Front Office and the fast paced Food and Beverage department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process while addressing any immediate inquiries or needs.Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across various channels, including in-person, phone, and email, to provide exceptional service.Oversee the accurate processing of guest reservations, updates, and special requests, utilising property management systems to ensure seamless scheduling and availability.Act as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalised recommendations to enhance their experience.Hourly rate: $25.00 NZD per hour (excluding KiwiSaver)
QualificationsTo be successful, you will have:
Minimum 12 months experience working in a Reception or Food and Beverage Attendant capacityHave a friendly, positive attitude Have RSA qualifications or are willing to obtainCoffee making experienceBe impeccably presented with excellent communication skillsBe reliable and act with a sense of urgencyAvailability to work a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and split shifts, as well as public holidays as required.
