POSITION OBJECTIVE

\n\nGive a follow up to all the air shipments which mostly are guarantee service parts for our dealers. \nWork with the invoices and follow up to the virtual operations.\n\n

 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

Air Shipments

\n\nSend the paperwork to the broker to notify the arrival.\nGenerate the invoices in Aranxel and send to the broker. \nFollow up with the broker for the clearance of shipments. \nMaintain all the documents required by law in the file.\nClose pedimentos in the system (Aranxel).\n\n

V5 Operations

\n\nFill the information of the shipments in google drive.\nGenerate the invoices in Aranxel and send to the broker.\nFollow up with the broker for the clearance of shipments.\nSend DODA to shipping yard. \nMaintain all the documents required by law in the file.\nClose pedimentos in the system (Aranxel).\n\n

STUDENT BENEFITS:

\n\nHe/She will get the knowledge about the whole process of imports by air and virtuals and all the business related. \nGeneral knowledge about the NOMs \nLegal requirements needed for an import \nTeamwork\nCommunication with another areas/ broker.\n\n

Education:

\n\n·       Currently studying International Business, International trade, customs  or similar. (At least 12 months remaining).\n

Language:

\n\nFluent in Spanish  written and verbal.\nEnglish written and verbal (Min: 80%).\nKnowledge of French or German is an advantage\n\n
