Go To Market Capability (GTMC) organization aims for:
+ Centralization of Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs
+ Harmonizing best-in-class capabilities with strengthened global support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local to global,
+ Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support on commercial operations form Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency.
Commercial Capabilities China team is facing a high pace of changes aiming at making the organization across GBUs more agile and impactful, adapting the resources the constantly and proactively to the environmental changes. We are helping to accelerate our key capabilities development. conducting gap assessments, defining and tracking learning effectiveness, evolving via continuous improvement.
The Learning Project Manager play an important role that supports Commercial Capabilities China team to effectively connect with Global GTMC Customer Facing Learning teams, implement global key programs, manage Local GBU strategic projects, and act as an interface to connect the dots with other local learning teams, GBUs and support functions.
**Main responsibilities:**
**Connect with Global GTMC teams (Customer Facing/L&D, Commercial Excellence) and support China Commercial Capabilities team to ensure Global programs** **and local strategic projects landing successfully** **within the organization**
+ Is responsible for project management to Launch global Field Force (Sales) Transformation Learning Institute projects in China on time, on budget, on scope to comply with standard guideline
+ Is responsible for delivering Train-The-Trainer session (global learning courses) to China Commercial Capabilities team as per Launch Plan
+ Provides project status/risk report proactively to stakeholder and senior management as important basis for decision making process
+ Support to monitor the Global GTMC governance process landing locally as per global transformation standard
**Ensure the local learning priorities are well implemented**
+ Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure learning priorities are delivered
+ Manage the internal and external communication materials or key learning topics and strategic initiatives incl. internal presentations, learning roadmaps, training program announcements, etc.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure learning content aligned with organizational goals and learner needs
**Lead projects as required to support the execution of the learning strategies**
+ Lead or coordinate projects that are important/strategic at local level that are cross-functional and may not fit into any dedicated learning partner’s scope
+ Work as the focal point with the broader organization on transversal projects that require Commercial Capabilities involvement.
+ Analyze training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in learning initiatives
+ Constantly look for, propose, and implement initiatives and solutions to deliver higher training efficiency and learning effectiveness in alignment with GBUs and other Support Functions
About you
**Basic qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Marketing, or related field
+ 8-10 years of relevant professional training experience, with at least 5 years in training management or managing cross-functional projects
+ Ability to work cross-functionally, strong team player.
+ Ability to manage confidential information and understand relevance and sensitivity
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities
+ Strong project management skills
+ Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)

**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience working in or with Sales management, Learning and Development.
+ Commercial knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical field force operations.
