The GTM Strategy & Operations Associate - Channel & Alliances (C&A) will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in management consulting, investment banking, business development, and tech to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, improve efficiency across the business, support data-driven decision-making, own complex operations, and more.
As an Associate on the GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will support Datadog’s rapidly growing C&A business. Our C&A team builds and activates a strategic, differentiated and high-impact partner ecosystem for our best-of-breed multi-cloud monitoring product, one partner at a time, and is a high-growth area of the business.
We’re looking for someone eager to help us identify opportunities to further accelerate the C&A business, support and scale global processes, and coordinate closely with regional Strategy and Operations team members and cross-functional partners.

What you’ll do
Own the business performance data and business review cadence, including Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Sales Reviews Identify and recommend investments to improve C&A performance, through data analysis and stakeholder input to drive data, systems, processes, and tool strategy Support the annual planning process, including headcount, territory management, and quota management Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with stakeholders across Finance, Recruiting, Enablement, HR and more on key strategic and operational priorities Maintain and augment reports and dashboards, refining KPIs leading to insights and business impact Lead program management for cross-functional channel work streams and create field training in collaboration with GTM enablement Support operational processes for the day-to-day business, including stakeholder support, KPI management, and process optimization Strategize opportunities for automation to scale efficiently and improve GTM operations
Basic Requirements:
At least 2-4 years in sales strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking / equity research, or equivalent. Strong sense of ownership: will own and measure outcomes along with customer success, sales, marketing, technical solutions, etc. Strong analytical problem solving abilities: can model any operational question with high attention to detail. Proven ability to proactively develop actionable recommendations and process improvements from qualitative and quantitative data. Strong verbal and written communicator. Experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc) or a willingness to learn on the jobBonus Points:
