ModMed is hiring a driven GTM Innovation Manager to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Sales team to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative strategies and processes that enhance the company's go-to-market efforts. The GTM Innovation Manager will drive continuous improvement in GTM tactics, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to optimize market entry and competitive positioning. Your Role:
Execute and manage the implementation of new GTM strategies and initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Enhance and streamline GTM processes based on innovative strategies, optimizing workflows and operational efficiency. Oversee and coordinate projects related to GTM innovations, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project goals and deadlines. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to support the adoption and integration of new GTM strategies and tools. Monitor the performance and impact of implemented innovations, providing reports and feedback to the stakeholders for ongoing adjustments and improvements.Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in GTM strategies, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in a B2B tech environment and a company of similar size and growth stage. Proven ability to implement and optimize GTM processes, systems, and technology stacks to enhance performance and efficiency. Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, driving change management, and ensuring high adoption rates for new processes or tools. Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging insights to drive GTM innovations. Proficient in tools such as Excel, DOMO, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adjust strategies based on evolving business needs and market conditions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and work cross-functionally to drive initiatives forward. Strong understanding of market trends and emerging technologies relevant to GTM strategies. An ability to travel domestically once a quarter.#LI-REMOTE #LI-SF1
