We are currently seeking a GTM Enablement Specialist to join our customer success team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. Performance Objectives This Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of a conversational intelligence tool across key departments including Sales, Marketing, Product, Intelligence, and Customer Success. This individual will work alongside sales trainers to build enablement materials and documents and identify best practices critical to success in a sales role by interacting closely with the sales, product, intelligence, operations, and marketing teams to communicate new and updated information and company strategies. This individual will be responsible for the creation, distribution, coordination and implementation of these training initiatives, programs, and materials. Training and Enablement: Align Enverus’ sales organization behind a clearly defined and universally understood value add to the industry. Partnering with Sales Leaders to ensure the productivity of their teams as it relates to efficiency of tools and internal processes. Partnering with Sales Trainers to collaborate on training initiatives and cadences for current employees. Partnering with sales trainers, marketing, and product teams to develop and deliver broader enablement programs and materials. Aiding in the coordination and delivery of training bootcamps, summits, and educational events. Collaborating with team leads to ensure tools and processes align with overall business objectives and enhance team productivity. Collateral and Content Management: Managing the overall sales content library to ensure all information is organized, current and easily accessible. Creation and curation of high-quality internal training content including documents, videos, audio guides, and more. Ownership of content within an LMS system, keeping content fresh and relevant. Aid in the construction and design of training materials Tool / Process Optimization: Deep knowledge of tools and software and how they can be facilitated to improve sales / identify optimizations. Manage Sales enabling tools & technologies including providing first-line support to all Sales team members (CRM, LMS, CMS, etc.) Competitive Candidate Profile Experience with conversational intelligence tools (Gong, Clari Copilot, Outreach, etc.). Familiarity with Salesforce, data reporting, and analytics tools. Strong instructional design skills, with an emphasis on creating engaging, user-friendly training materials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive change in a complex organizational environment. Willingness to learn and adapt, with a sense of ownership and urgency to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
