The Packaging Cell Leader is responsible, for GTE and GTS businesses, of Packaging Activities both for Florence and Massa Sites. He/She is accountable for all Operational, Behavioral and Cultural goals of the cell, including in this HSE, QUality and Compliance Targets.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Operational goals of Packaging Cell (OTD, Span, Deliveries, Customer Satisfaction)Strategic Roadmap of Investments for Capacity and Capability expansion to sustain Volumes increaseZero Injury goal and derisking roadmap of his/her cellQuality Excellence, including avoidance of any major quality issue potentially impacting BH Reputation vs CustomerContributing in Material Optmization and Presentation to contribute to overall LT Reduction Targets for the skidsGovernance and Controllership on Partner Consortiums operating in Massa and Florence assuring not only operational and fullfillment targets but also HSE and Quality ones on their sideLeading and executing Digital and Automation Roadmap for Packaging CellCultivating a solid Talents Pipeline for critical role inside the cell and build a robust succession PlanningSupporting ERG Initiatives and Be a Cultural Ambassador across GTE OrganizationFuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold an Industrial Engineering Bachelor DegreeShow at least 5-8 years of experience in Production Environment in a leadership roleBe able to develop and motivate a high-involvement team through commitment to meeting customer and organization demandsBe fluent in English both written and spokenShow positive and proactive attitude, Growth Mindset, Resilience and Team Building approachDisplay strong analytical skillsHave knowledge of manufacturing policies and regulations established by BHHave knowledge of BH products, processes, customer requirements and budgeting/financial processes is preferredWork in a way that works for you
