Product Support Analysts play a crucial role in identifying product support needs by gathering and analyzing data and user stories from a diverse range of sources, such as end-users, support staff, help desk, and team members. Their primary focus is to assist the Help Desk in resolving issues more efficiently, which may involve addressing bug fixes, as well as suggesting new features and enhancements. Support Analysts engage in regular collaboration with Help Desk Management and Product Managers. This will involve initiating support for new products, providing feedback on product needs, and sharing insights derived from support data analysis. Responsible for documenting processes, conducting surveys and performing product demonstrations. Additionally, developing support materials and coordinating implementation plans for products in collaboration with Help Desk Management and the Product Manager.The Product Analyst in this position helps to support the Global Services Department's purpose to help others come unto Christ by serving members, leaders, and employees globally in a simple and efficient way.
