Job Description:
As a Growth Marketing Specialist - Customer Lifecycle, you'll work with Performance Customer Marketing Managers to execute and track marketing campaigns that to drive customer engagement, advocacy, migration, growth, and retention within our exisiting customer base. You'll build on your marketing experience by supporting with the execution of campaigns across email, webinars, events, and direct mail. This role is an opportunity to build on your marketing skills in a data-driven environment while making a real impact on the customer experience at Sage.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 2 years of marketing experience (growth, demand gen, performance or customer marketing)
• Basic understanding of marketing terminology, concepts, funnels and key performance metrics across channels such as email, webinars, events, and direct mail.
• Basic proficiency or willing to learn a CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to support campaign tracking and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – you are known for active listening, engaging discussions, curiosity, and proactive communication.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, meet deadlines with solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment, adapting to shifting priorities, and effectively collaborating with different teams.
• Eager to learn and grow within customer marketing.

About Your Team
The Performance Customer Marketing Team is responsible for growing revenue within our existing customer base. We use data, insights, and experimentation to drive cross-sell, upsell, migration, and churn reduction—contributing to overall revenue targets for North America. Our shared focus is ensuring customers find long-term value and remain customers for life.

• Assist in building out and executing customer marketing campaigns across digital channels such email, webinars, direct mail.
• Manage campaign data by importing, organizing, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems like Salesforce and Outreach.
• Prepares marketing reports by organizing campaign results data to track and optimize performance metrics.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing Automation, and Product Marketing) to support campaign execution and alignment.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$60,000 to C$90,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
