The Amazon Business Marketing team is seeking a Global Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate demand of the Amazon's B2B business for our Commercial, Public Sector and Strategic segments. As a Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that attract high-quality leads and prospects, nurturing them through targeted campaigns, and ultimately converting them into loyal customers. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of Amazon Business by ensuring a seamless and effective journey from initial awareness to long-term customer engagement.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and refine the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition of Amazon Business customers across various segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Own the top-of-funnel demand generation strategy, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads into the pipeline.
• Utilize Account-Based Marketing tools to target high-value accounts and optimize paid marketing performance.
• Connect top-of-funnel activities with down-funnel initiatives to enhance customer growth, working closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through.
• Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution as needed.
• Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize.
• Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance.
• Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.
