Growth Marketing Associate Manager, Digital Media
As a member of our expanding Growth team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms to drive user acquisition. You will leverage your expertise in digital media, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and deliver measurable results. You will play the role of a subject matter expert that reports on performance and stays up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities. Your attention to detail and strong project management skills will be crucial in coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables to help us scale our digital media efforts and bring Hinge Health to a broader audience. What You'll Accomplish Leverage data and analytics to identify and propose new opportunities to reach and convert users from the millions of individuals eligible to sign up for Hinge Health through their employer benefit plan Working alongside another Paid Media Marketing Manager, you will support efforts to expand and refine a paid media strategy engaging users in all stages of their musculoskeletal pain journey. Along with our agency partner, you will optimize and expand existing paid search, paid social, video, and programmatic display campaigns. You will lead efforts to identify, prioritize, and launch new digital channels that may include paid social, display, and audio. Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Data Science, and other internal partners to launch new paid media campaigns. Track and report the results of campaigns, and take accountability for continually improving them. Ensure compliance with regulations, ad platform policies, and Hinge Health brand guidelines across all digital campaigns. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns in a B2C acquisition and/or lead generation context with a track record of exceeding stated KPIs. Comfortable working within industry standard ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic DSPs). Familiarity with privacy regulations and up-to-date knowledge on industry trends. Experience and familiarity with industry standard analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and visualization tools to uncover insights and tell stories. Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing is preferred. Effective communication and collaboration; you communicate concisely with clarity of thought and operate cross-functionally in ways that elevate the work Passion for our mission, with a personal connection to MSK issues or a track-record of mission-driven work. Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
