About this role
As a Manager within the Consumer Lifecycle Marketing team, you'll execute critical lifecycle campaigns that directly impact acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics for both our marketplace purchases and Personal Plan subscriptions. Your role involves executing projects, collaborating closely with internal and cross-functional partners, and contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement and retention. Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-product) that drive measurable conversion and retention metrics Build and maintain internal and cross-functional relationships, becoming recognized as a dependable and knowledgeable collaborator Implement A/B tests across customer journey touchpoints and analyze results to inform optimization strategies Work closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient project execution and optimize marketing performance Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and recommend tactical improvements based on data insights Bring your subject matter expertise to strategy sessions, contributing to continuous improvement and innovationWhat you’ll have
4+ years of experience implementing lifecycle marketing campaigns in consumer businesses, preferably within subscription or marketplace models Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and cross-functional partners to achieve project goals 4+ years of experience implementing lifecycle marketing campaigns in consumer businesses, preferably within subscription or marketplace models Strong analytical skills, including experience interpreting data to support marketing decisions Solid communication skills with an ability to build productive relationships and effectively engage with diverse stakeholdersAt Udemy, we strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.Hiring Compensation Range$95,000—$119,000 USD
