With the Human Resources Apprenticeship, you’ll be helping our brand grow and evolve! Here, you’ll be gaining skills in people processes, systems and the methodologies we use to manage them (resources, costs, risks – just to name a few) that will get you ready to manage the end-to-end delivery of People projects.
What you’ll do Be an integral part of the team who deliver People projects and processes, creating and implementing innovative solutions that align with Vodafone's goals. Administer, co-ordinate and support the implementation of projects within a HR function. Drive and monitor quality and consistency through best practice, defined processes and methodologies that are aligned to Vodafone’s ways of working. Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, displaying effective communication to reach the desired outcomes. You’ll have a chance to work with other markets in a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on improving how we work, future planning and process simplification.Who you are Natural communicator who enjoys working with others, solving challenges along the way with enthusiasm, self-motivation and agility. Have bundles of curiosity, not afraid to ask questions, challenge and influence outcomes. Nurtures positive collaborative relationships with individual stakeholders and teams. End Result: You’ll achieve a Foundation Degree in Business Management, a BA (Hons) Management degree, awarded by Lancaster University, plus a CMI Level 5: Leadership and Management, alongside years of world class industry experience.
Age: There is no upper limit, but you must be at least 18 years old on or before 15 September 2025.
Qualifications: GCSEs in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent qualifications and 3 A Levels gained by August 2025 or equivalent qualifications*.
Residence: To have the right to work in the UK and to have lived in the UK and/or EU for three years or more.
Disqualifiers: You must not currently be enrolled into full time education, and you must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject (e.g. a degree or masters in a similar subject).
