**Group Commodity Manager, Indirect Information Technology**

**Your Role on Our Team:**
You will lead, communicate and drive global procurement category strategy across all Information Technology functional areas including, IT Hardware, Software, and Technology Professional Services. To be successful, you will need to be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable working in a fast paced, extremely flexible/responsive, team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills is a must with ability to effectively communicate up and down, spanning multiple business units, functional organizations and supplier partners to build strong cross functional coalitions and working relationships. Educate and ensure all Procurement activities are understood, supported and aligned with stakeholders.
**You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:**
+ This role spans several departments and is a global role supporting all Technology Hardware, Software, and Services needs of the business
+ Provide leadership and direction for Information Technology Procurement category activities, ensuring that category spend is managed to the most competitive market prices
+ Build category plan to align with company objectives. Track results and lead course correction efforts as needed to meet annual targets
+ Develop creative supplier partner sourcing strategies, communicate and execute them in partnership with the Information Technology leadership teams to support company objectives
+ Communicate procurement processes and strategies to executive team to ensure stakeholder alignment
+ Collaborate with cross functional business units to drive strategy and consistency to leverage category spending power
+ Manage, monitor and report strategic supplier performance to drive optimization efforts to maximize business value
+ Lead contract negotiations with top supplier partners and ensure key procurement terms are embedded in all category contracts and are consistent with corporate objectives
+ Develop procurement dashboard metrics and manage category performance to the metrics
+ Oversee supplier key partner relationships to ensure smooth and mutual business connections
+ Direct and develop Procurement strategies that mitigate risk, generate cost savings, and drive KPI performance
+ Act as Procurement Subject Matter Expert to all departments across the organization

**The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical field or business administration; advanced degree preferred
+ Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within multiple areas of Information Technology Procurement. Proven experience creating, communicating, and executing cross functional strategies that align with and support stakeholder needs
+ Experience is managing multiple indirect categories is a plus
+ Hold current travel documents and a willingness to travel internationally
+ Demonstrated experience analyzing and developing strategy in a true greenfield space
+ Demonstrated experience guiding, coaching and developing a team
+ Working knowledge of business law and creation/negotiating legal contracts, including multi-year supplier agreements
+ Excellent negotiating skills; High level of analytical skills
+ Results driven and deadline orientated. Ability to manage multiple activities and projects to aggressive schedules and results
+ Strategic thought leadership; Out-of-box creativity
+ Ability to develop and nurture productive business relationships, and influence and educate internal and external customers
