As a Group Leader (SMT)\nhere at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations\nwithin our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). You will report directly\nto our Sr. ISC SMT Supervisor, and you'll work out of our facility in Ciudad\nJuarez, Chih. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Assisting in\nthe coordination and execution of production activities - Monitoring production\nprocesses and ensuring adherence to quality standards - Conducting inspections\nand tests to verify product quality - Assisting in the maintenance and\ntroubleshooting of equipment - Collaborating with the production team to meet\nproduction targets and deadlines - Following safety protocols and maintaining a\nclean and organized work area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•\nAssist in the coordination and execution of SMT production activities
• Monitor production\nprocesses and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Conduct inspections\nand tests to verify product quality
• Collaborate with the\nproduction team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Follow safety\nprotocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Deploying employees\ncorresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.
• Instructing and\nsupporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the\ntasks.
• Guiding, instructing,\nand supporting employees in function-related tasks.
• Cooperation with the\nISC SMT Supervisor the realization of agreed production targets with\nresponsibility regarding safety, quality, costs, deadlines, service, and\ncooperation.

YOU MUST HAVE

•\nHigh school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of proven\nunderstanding and experience of SMT manufacturing processes and equipment
• Attention to detail\nand ability to follow instructions
• Strong problem-solving\nand troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a\nfast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Availability to work on 2nd shift from\nMonday to Friday (3:30pm to 12:00am)

• Good communication and\ninterpersonal skills
