Job DescriptionVerify quantity and quality of all job materials before assigning into productionAssist Supervisor and Production Operators to achieve customer’s desired results.Display independent problem solving and work effectively and efficiently with limited supervisionEnsure quality output prior to customer receiptMaintain a professional, customer oriented environment and high customer satisfactionAssist supervisor, customer and production operator in the completion of all requirementsSet up, monitor, and quality check all production jobs to ensure all due out dates are metWith team members, schedule, prioritize and optimize workload to meet customer due outsWhen needed, fill in appropriately for the supervisorAssist in the training and development of other team member
QualificationsThis Position requires:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).Technical skills required to operate PC’s (hardware & software) required to meet job specifications and customer due outsDemonstrate the ability to prioritize workloadMust have the ability to effectively utilize time, material and equipment expected to meet production objectives and SLAsDescribe to what extent the position requires a knowledge of company policies, procedures, organization and industry practices.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.00 - $26.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
