Microsoft’s Consumer Copilot Finance team is at the forefront of our consumer strategy, focusing on the strategic direction of Consumer AI and partnering with business development to drive growth. The team works closely with marketing, engineering, and corporate strategy as well to define market opportunities, build long-range strategic plans, and analyze the market landscape.
We are currently seeking a Group Finance Manager - Consumer Copilot to lead our strategy and planning efforts for Consumer Copilot. The AI industry is at a critical inflection point. We are looking for a Group Finance Manager - Consumer Copilot who is willing to jump in and develop frameworks to enable growth in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment. The Group Finance Manager - Consumer Copilot should exhibit curiosity, be a fast learner, and have a passion for understanding consumer business models, drivers, and products. We also need a Group Finance Manager - Consumer Copilot with experience bringing opinions and influencing the strategic directives in forums with business leaders.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build user and monetization growth frameworks for Consumer Copilot
+ Help teams make trade-off decisions across several investment areas
+ Analyze business performance and market landscape to identify key areas of growth and market differentiation
+ Support business development and work withexternal partners as we seek opportunities to grow Consumer Copilot awareness
+ Provide recommendations and influence business leaders to ensure we are focused on the right priorities
**Qualifications**
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR equivalent experience
Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
