As Sales Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.
Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel/resort.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
As Sales Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sales department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My key role is to drive the right business at the right price to ensure the resort achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
+ Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with resort colleagues.
+ Supports the corporate office on promotional sales drives.
+ Attend meetings and training as required by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
+ Responsible for key account management on an assigned account base or geographic area, ensuring revenue maximization, achievement of personal targets and increasing fair market share versus competitor set.
+ Responsible for prospecting new accounts.
+ Conduct site inspections.
+ Follow up of tentative bookings in the assigned markets.
+ Responsible for timely contracting from the client base responsible for.
+ Attend trade shows, sales blitz, workshops, etc. in the assigned markets.
+ Assist the Sales team in defining an annual sales action plan, execute set actions accordingly and with the preparation of the annual budget by providing statistics and forecasts of account productions.
+ Update OPERA contact database at all times.
+ Understand, and follow the Company Sales Vision.
+ Sell all facets of the resort.
+ Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
+ Assists in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities.
+ Analyses sales mix and likely impact on resort goals.
+ Increasing business volume during difficult periods
+ Produces monthly Sales reports and forecasts
+ Perform any additional duties as requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
**Qualifications**
+ Excellent command over written and spoken English and Turkish.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
+ Minimum of three years of experience in similar position in a luxury lifestyle brand
+ Knowledge of hotel/resort’s policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.
+ Familiar with various Hotel booking platforms, Opera, CRM, POS systems.
+ Proficient in MS Office.
+ Flexible with domestic and regional travel as required.
+ Great attention to details.
+ Exceptional customer relationship skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Energetic with a positive attitude.
