Our growing ANZ Energy team are looking for a Group Director, Energy, based in our busy Sydney office, to drive innovative change and support the acceleration of the energy transition with our clients. This is an exciting leadership role, managing a team of 70 multidisciplinary engineers, while driving towards key client deliverables.

You will partner with peers across Australia and New Zealand, as well as worldwide to ensure the success of our Energy business throughout NSW, ACT, QLD and NT.

Lead and grow our key practices in Energy across; Digital, Transmission & Distribution, and Renewables, Generation & Advisory throughout NSW, ACT and QNT.Engage in a truly diverse role, building current and prospective Energy clients in an exciting leadership opportunity.Collaborate with ANZ and global leaders to ensure continued success and growth in our Energy business.Be a role model, leading from the front, driving cultural behaviours of collaboration, innovative thinkers, trust, result focused and a care for colleagues to drive a psychological safety of being able to bring your full self to work

With extensive consulting experience, your record for delivering strong business results will underpin confidence to lead us through a dynamic landscape of opportunity in Energy.A track record in building high performing teams, is an architect for change, expands capability and capacity whilst driving flawless execution.You will be a proven collaborative and influential leader, who is able to build effective relationships with clients, your high performing internal team and other internal stakeholders. This includes an active role contributing to the success and direction of the Energy business across NSW, ACT and QNT, as part of the regional Leadership team and the ANZ Region’s Energy Leadership team.Forward-thinking, you will embrace change and have an appetite for implementing and utilising cutting-edge digital technology. You will be happy to step forward into the challenges the ever changing nature of our business brings and be accountable for the outcomes you and your team deliver.
