-Position:Group Coordinator Lead

\n

-Shift: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

\n

-Pay:$19 per hour

\n

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills:Lead, Supervisor, Cycle Count, Inventory, Warehouse, Forklift, Quality Control,Cherry Picker, Order Picker, Order Picking, Shipping, Outbound, RF, WMS, Reach Truck

\n

-Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility to include: Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas.

\n

-A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.

\n

-The role reports directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for training associates, monitoring production, giving constructive feedback and training to the associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.

\n

-REQUIRED: AMINIMUM of 1 years’ experience operatingOrder Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker as well as Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels.

\n

-At least 6 month’s experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

\n

-Candidates will be required to attend New Hire Orientation in Mechanicsburg, PA (Monday –; Friday, 8:00 AM –; 4:00 PM)

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities:

Conduct training for new associates.Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.Monitor performance of associates within the work group.Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience:

6-12 months warehouse experience6-12 months forklift operation experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent, preferredForklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
