HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in Kansas City, MO. In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe boot camp classes to members participating in the program. This is a position teaching two of classes per week on Monday's and Wednesday's 11:45-12:30pm. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members in our boot camp class. Minimum Requirements + Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. + Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. + 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $23/hour - $25/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
