Group Accountant

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Group Accountant position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities: Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation accounting activities in compliance with IFRS standards. Support the execution and standardization of consolidation processes across global subsidiaries and affiliated entities. Provide accounting consultation and support for internal stakeholders on new initiatives, including financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance, digitalize, and automate consolidation workflows where applicable. Guide regional and country-level teams on the implementation and alignment of accounting policies and procedures. Participate in special projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline 5 years of experience in preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS Solid knowledge of IFRS with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
