Key Responsibilities:
Manage a group of strategic client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet or exceed client expectations.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.Analyze client needs and market trends to propose innovative solutions and services.Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to internal stakeholders and clients.Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.Mentor and develop junior account managers within the team.Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic advantage.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.7+ years of experience in account management or client services, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.Experience in the [specific industry] is preferred.Required Skills:
