Ōnin Staffing is looking for a motivated Grounds Keeper / Landscaper to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Do as a Grounds Keeper / Landscaper:

Mowing, edging, weed-eating, fertilizing, and aerating turfBlowing walkways, streets, and parking lotsSpraying pesticides and planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grassPruning trees and shrubs, removing dead/diseased treesSpreading pine straw and mulchMaintaining/repairing roads, grounds equipment, and heavy machineryOperating both small and heavy landscaping equipmentAssisting with various related duties to support the teamBe handy with a toolbox, performing minor repairs and keeping things running smoothly.Work independently or collaborate with the crew.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

A minimum of 1-year of proven experience in landscaping or related workLike working outdoors and getting some exercise (rain or shine!)Strong knowledge of horticultural practicesAbility to assess grounds and identify needed improvementsEquipment maintenance and repair skillsBe self-motivated and take initiativeHave a \"can-do\" attitude and be able to work independently and as part of a teamNeed to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry up to 50 lbs.High school diploma or GED
