Our client, a maintenance and inspection company is looking to hire a Grounds Keeper for their location in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will be required to have at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include mowing Lawns to include weed eating, trimming hedges, watering plants, and blowing parking lots. Required to wear safety clothing & steel toe boots.

The Day-to-Day:

Blowing sidewalks & driveways, pressure washing, maintaining gardens/lawns, includes planting, fertilizing, soil conditioning, etc.Operate and maintain lawn equipment, empty trashcans, communicate with staff of supplies/equipment & maintenance as needed.Provides advice to client and takes direction from them.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma3 years of previous experienceMust have the ability to work independently, timely & orderly.Knowledge of lawn/garden equipment and functions.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$16.75 to $17.50 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible hrs)
