Ground Systems Analyst - Junior

Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Junior Ground Systems Analyst for a position in Quantico, Virginia.

Junior Ground Systems Analyst will:

Conduct All-Source analytic production of foreign military ground systems, including but not limited to platforms, sensors, motor transport, armor, anti-armor, artillery, firearms, explosives, logistics and maintenance, readiness, and missions. Analyze and evaluate current and future foreign missile technologies, including but not limited to missile system capabilities, vulnerabilities, advanced weapon systems, technical data analysis, and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Analyze foreign precision weapon systems and indirect fire weapon platforms to anticipate future technologies, identify new applications of mature technologies, and assess the impact of technology transfers. Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and/or modelers on foreign weapons processes, capabilities, and dual-use technologies. Analyze and assess current and future foreign lethal and non-lethal weapon systems, including but not limited to system capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpiles, deployment, proliferation, and their impact on U.S. and Coalition forces globally. Provide portfolio-specific analysis, expertise, and intelligence production as outlined below. Conduct Threat Steering Groups with participants from USMC Combat Development & Integration to identify key factors and significant risk drivers for potential material solutions that may influence lifecycle cost, performance, schedule, and other acquisition decisions. Produce and deliver Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries to support Marine Corps Acquisition Programs throughout the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process, assisting the Defense Acquisition System.
