accredited institution ORmiddot Educationtraining including the followingo semester hours from an accredited institution to include semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses OR semester hours of science courses that includes hours of chemistry hours of biology and hours of chemistry biology or medical laboratory technology in any combination ANDo Laboratory training including either completion of a clinical laboratory training program accredited by NAACLS OR at least three months of recorded training in each specialty in which the individual performs high complexity testingmiddot
