 GRC PMO Specialist

Your role in a nutshell:

 

Supporting the delivery of various strategic and operational projects for the continuously evolving Vodafone Privacy, Responsible AI and Data Regulatory Programme across the global footprint in order to improve our ability to demonstrate compliance. Providing guidance on PMO policies, processes and tools for the Group Privacy team and collaborating with other functional teams to develop projects and programs.

 

 

What you'll do:

 

Manage agile and waterfall projects initiated or contributed by Group PrivacyProject management planning, including setting deadlines, prioritization, assigning deliverables to team membersCollaboration with other departments, functional leaders and PMO. Identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groupsSupport in analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks and resource allocation, providing financial reportsEstablishing and maintaining governance arrangements for the delivery of projects or programmes and defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilitiesOverseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standardsIdentifying and monitoring programme risks and issues that might impact delivery including but not only from a privacy compliance perspective. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting the company standards and privacy risk appetite, adhering to budgets and meeting timelinesPrepare and present the status of individual projects and the entire portfolio of projects to various levels of stakeholders including senior managementSupporting in setting up and improving existing PMO policies, frameworks, methodologies, processes and tools. 

 

What you'll bring to our team:

 

PMO skills with experience in compliance or data protection project/programme delivery Demonstrated project management background (agile and waterfall) and a good level of knowledge of project management tools/approaches.Powerful visualization and reporting skillsExpert communication, presentation, negotiation and people skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems in a complex technology and business environment by creating simple, repeatable and actionable solutions. Comfortable working in a matrix organisation with tolerance for ambiguity. A results-oriented, proactive, responsible, pragmatic and ethical person with a passion for privacy and interest in technologies and their societal impact. Knowledge of project risk and enterprise risk management.
