The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative visual design solutions that meet our business needs. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including digital and print designs for our company's marketing needs. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Designing graphic content, illustrations, infographics in line with brand guidelines. + Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. + Generating fresh concepts consistent with brand strategy. + Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. + Liaising between the marketing and bid studio teams to ensure deadlines are met. + Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and tools. **What Required Skills You will Bring:** + Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (preferred). + Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design. + Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design + Able to work in cross-functional team environment. + Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (After Effects, and Premiere, is an advantage). + Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills + Portfolio of completed design projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the latest trends in graphic design.
