Description We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team! This position offers the chance to breathe new life into marketing materials, manage templated design tasks, and contribute to exciting brand projects. If you're a proactive, collaborative designer with a strong visual eye and a passion for crafting compelling visuals, we want to hear from you! In this dynamic role, your day-to-day will include: + Designing a wide range of visual assets, including brochures, email blasts, branded marketing materials, printed signage, social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and package designs. + Updating and modernizing existing materials, including flyers and newsletters, while providing fresh creative takes on branding for our properties. + Handling templated projects such as logo designs, rebrand assets, and full-scale branding projects for larger initiatives. + Collaborating on event planning, market research, content creation, and photography initiatives. + Managing social media and website updates using platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, and Craft CMS. + Contributing to website updates (basic knowledge of CMS tools is a plus). Requirements We’d love to see candidates with the following: + 2-4 years of graphic design experience. + A strong understanding of design best practices and keen attention to visual aesthetics. + A degree in design or equivalent professional experience. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Mailchimp for designing email blasts. + Familiarity with Squarespace, WordPress, and Craft CMS for website updates. + Nice-to-have skills: Photography experience, photo editing in Photoshop, and video editing capabilities.
