As a Graphic Designer on our marketing team, you will help support fully integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns, serving as a creative contributor for the brand. This role reports directly to our Creative Director and supports two Art Directors. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, has exceptional communication skills, and a strong pulse on today’s digital and print landscape. This role requires strategic thinking and polished execution, helping to support the creative team in executing engaging customer facing experiences that shape the overall brand identity. Knowledge of visual design trends and production processes is required. Responsibilities The Designer will support the creative department in both concepting and creating emails, performance marketing campaigns, print ads, and social media assets. Responsibilities include: Graphic Design: Design and produce a range of marketing materials such as email campaigns, social media assets, performance marketing materials, advertisements and more. Conceptualize, plan, and design creative projects according to the creative brief, brand standards, and marketing and communication goals. Package final files for Art Directors. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate fresh, innovative design ideas into projects. Asset Management: Manage the creative team's asset management program. Maintain an organized library of design files, images, and templates for easy access. Photography Research and Editing: Source new photography for assets across channels. Capture and edit high-quality photos for marketing materials, promotional campaigns, social media, and internal use. Qualifications The Designer should be highly skilled and have experience delivering assets in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop) and Figma. The Designer will also engage in photography reserarch and photo as well as video editing. Agency experience is a big plus. Qualifications include: Must have prior knowledge of position/industry with 3-5 years previous experience in same or related field. Proficient in graphic design & print materials, Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and Figma. Possesses strong marketing skills to both internal and external customers. Possesses creativity, flexibility and an eye for design. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred bachelor's degree in Art Direction, design, marketing or related field WORK LOCATION: This position will be working remote, and based in the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. #LI-REMOTE
