SS&C is the largest global investor service provider, servicing more than 55 million investors. Continually investing in global technology and services across the spectrum of distribution channels including: Asset Managers, Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers and large financial institutions such as Banks and Insurers. Investor servicing is offered in many different countries, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, Luxembourg, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. SS&C also services mutual fund structures in many other fund domiciles.
Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) is the business unit offering this role. GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including contact centre, using digital services.

About the Role


The Design Associate will be responsible for transforming content into engaging graphics and visual elements that enhance SS&C’s Global Distribution and Investor Solutions (GIDS) offerings. This role will also involve participation in select meetings with prospects and clients.


The ideal candidate will infuse creativity and fresh perspectives into projects, proactively generating innovative ideas that effectively communicate business messages while adhering to corporate brand guidelines.


Although primarily UK-based hours will apply, there may be occasions requiring communication beyond standard hours to support global initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with SS&C’s global marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards.


This dynamic position offers opportunities for high-level interactions with GIDS senior management, providing exposure to strategic insights, market trends, and business developments. The role is primarily individual contributor-focused, with potential for growth into graphic support management in the future.

Your Responsibilities


Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Act as a key member of the Enablement and Propositions team, you will attend project-related calls and meetings to grasp project objectives.Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Enablement and Propositions and support the Chief Administration Officer's office.Be able to balance multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery.Develop materials for business messaging, products, and meetings with clients and prospects.Propose and design new visual concepts, integrating graphic elements that enhance the narrative and promote the business brand.Assist with layout and design across various formats, both digital and print.Contribute creatively to projects by generating innovative ideas and concepts.Support internal meetings, training sessions, and the creation of informational materials.

Your Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and other design tools.Strong ability to work independently and methodically, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.Be able to work independently and efficiently, whilst also recognising when to seek guidance.
