Description Graphic Designer Robert Half is representing a client seeking multiple graphic designers for a 2-year project in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role you will be utilizing your skills in the field of web and graphic design to create and develop visually appealing digital and print materials. This position is going to be on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The right candidates will have 2 years of Graphic Design experience and be local to Baton Rouge. No C2C is supported on this role. Responsibilities: • Design and develop visually appealing web & print materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. • Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash to create interactive web content. • Develop branding materials to enhance the company's online presence. • Work with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to create print materials. • Design advertisements and banner ads for promotional purposes. • Utilize CSS for website design and e-Commerce application development. • Use your skills in graphic design to create visually striking digital art. • Maintain and update web links for enhanced user navigation. • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and implement creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients’ branding. • Test and improve the design of the website, establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Requirements Requirements: •2 Years of graphic design experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign • Demonstrable experience in creating advertisements and banner ads • Strong knowledge and understanding of CSS • Experience with e-Commerce applications • Proven skills in graphic design • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Excellent time management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines • Creative and innovative thinking • Familiarity with current design trends and technologies • Portfolio showcasing previous web design work.
