Meeting account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job. Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose. Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers. Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design. Strong knowledge of print production. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Developing interactive design; Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in professional web application design experience and print collateral and production. Strong proficiency in Creative Suite with an emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Apple Motion and Adobe After Effects A strong and clean visual design sense. User interface design experience Provide design rules/guidelines on all projects as needed. Excellent communication and teamwork skills An exceptional portfolio that showcases solid conceptual, color, layout graphic design skills as well as fully functional web samples. Ideal candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player and a quick learner who is able to work independently and with direction as part of a team. The ability to consistently produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines to complete assignments on time. Must possess a positive attitude, a great work ethic and an exceptional attention to detail. Experience with HTML / CSS required and familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery preferred. Experience with responsive design and creating interfaces for mobile devices is preferred. A deep understanding of branding concepts and online marketing  principles. Detailed understanding of marketing campaign pipelines including audience, call to action and purpose of each marketing project assigned.
