Key Responsibilities
Design in-store and digital marketing Design and production of promotional material from start to finished Conceptualisation and production of window displays and visual merchandise Facilitate reproduction and printing Coordinating photo shoots Assist in production of marketing material where necessary Assist in the preparation of mock window displays &/or other print elements. Communicate and correct technical and design related artwork when needed by printers Collaborate with teams Adhere to Brand Guidelines Revise and Refine designs Stay updated with design trends File management Photo editing & manipulation Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Use feedback to improve design effectivenessQualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience Diploma in Graphic Art / Design Well-versed in digital & print Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and experience with brand design and brand identity A portfolio showcasing your work and experience Adobe creative cloud suite Experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential. Attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skillsSkills:
Understand printing, repro, photography & digital process Understanding of best practice for print – NB Efficient use of (Apple Mac) DTP system, Illustrator as well as Photoshop, and InDesign is essential, premier pro (adobe) or after affects & Adobe suite High level of creativity and has the ability to be innovative Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote etc.) Strong presentation skills Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time) Strong time management skills Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environmentBehaviours:
