Job Description

The Graphic Specialist role is part of the Design Intent Production team within the AW DTP Platform. This position is designed for growth through the Career Progression model, offering cross-functional opportunities.

The Graphic Specialist collaborates with Design Leaders and Brand teams to execute design development. Responsibilities include producing Digital Templates and graphic adaptations that meet quality standards and design intent. The role requires collaboration with Pre-Press specialists and the AW Flow team, along with a solid understanding of design principles, brand identity, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Design Intent Production critical metrics: on-time production and quality standards.

Owns execution of graphics adaptations and manage Digital Templates using the Assembly Automation Tool (Veraciti).

Responsible for asset library and lead the approval process for Digital Templates.

Conduct quality control checks and produce minor graphic assets in collaboration with Brand and Design.

Ensure adherence to regulatory style guidelines and implement change management for design intent.

Job Qualifications

Degree in graphic design or related field, or 2-3 years of experience in graphic/print production; minimum Munsell Test score of ‘Average Discrimination.’

Proficient in graphic design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of brand architecture and design principles for visual consistency.

Strong thinking/analytical skills which can be applied to business processes

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
