Graphic Color Management Specialist

This position ensures consistent and accurate printing on large format printing platforms utilizing calibration tools, software and knowledge of color to achieve color accuracy and consistency in accordance with Sparks and client standards. This position will support our Operations team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office based out of Grand Prairie, TX. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Performs assigned tasks within the overall production workflow and assigned budget, according to work order specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), company standards, and the client’s brand guidelines and standards. + Reviews graphics file prior to printing and verifies any unusual specifications with pre-press production artist or other relevant team member. + Ensures color consistency and accuracy across large format printing platforms. + Ensures color matches client specifications. + Monitors color output to ensure consistency. + Performs quality checks on all color printed graphics. + Performs regular quality checks and calibrates equipment as necessary. + Communicates with team members and interdepartmental teams regarding graphic color management including materials, graphic delivery, storage, etc. + Continuously evaluates and enhances color management practices and makes recommendations for improvements and noted changes in color management best practices. + Other duties as assigned. **Education & Experience** + 3+ years previous experience in large format printing. + Strong knowledge of Onyx RIP software. + Strong knowledge in color management. + Exceptional eye for color and detail. + Experience working with multiple print technologies a plus. + Possess basic math skills and ability to use a computer. + Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite. + Must be able to prioritize workload and work under pressure. + Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player. + Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment. + Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
