Description We are searching for a meticulous and dedicated Grant Analyst to join our team based in New York, New York. In this role, you will be entrusted with managing the contract registration process for public funding, liaising with vendors, and coordinating with stakeholders. This position is a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee the contract registration cycle, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and up-to-date. • Communicate effectively with vendors for contract follow-ups. • Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth coordination of contract registration. • Manage the vouchering of contracts, keeping track of past expenses. • Use Passport and SFS, along with other accounting software systems, for efficient data management. • Leverage CRM and Confluence tools for effective communication and workflow management. • Implement your knowledge of ADP - Financial Services for financial operations. • Utilize Crystal Reports for generating accurate and comprehensive financial reports. • Perform accounting functions and auditing to ensure financial accuracy. • Contribute to budget processes and handle cash activity with precision.
