主要负责新产品封装测试厂导入 可靠性验证支持 数据分析良率监控

 

负责模拟混合信号新产品开发，完成新产品导入过程中所需相关资料负责完成新产品工程验证 特性化测试及批量测试验证，可靠性实施及数据分析对接设计人员，测试工程师，项目经理，负责整个产品开发的工程进展对接封测工程人员，负责新产品封装测试工厂导入持续跟踪生产进度，良率监控和分析，及时反馈并解决生产异常情况量产测试数据（WAT/CP/FT）日常统计与分析，客户抱怨失效分析
Qualifications

必要条件：CET-6

学历要求：硕士应届毕业

专业：微电子 电子相关

技能：英语听说流利表达

 

“加分”条件:

技能：良好的 VB C 编程能力

其它： 半导体相关实习经验
