The selected candidate will be helping with SRAM compiler development, in additional will also help with the following:- Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.- Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation.- Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.- Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results.
This is a full-time, Hybrid, 3-month internship, targeting a start date of Summer 2025. Intern must be able to be on-site in Santa Clara Ca weekly.

**Qualifications**
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
**What we need to see** (Minimum Qualifications):
+ Candidate must be actively pursuing a advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
+ 6+ months of experience in the following:Spice simulation, characterization, design automation, and architecture exploration.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $63,000.00-$166,000.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
**Working Model**
