Over the course of the programme, you'll complete rotations across a variety of international businesses in a mixture of customer facing, operational and analytical roles, in areas such as Sales and Marketing, Supply, Logistics, Strategy and Trading & Shipping.

For example, you may work in the franchise department of our Mobility & Convenience business, analyzing financial results and developing annual plans, while building solid analytical and negotiation skills.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong academic background (business or engineering-related preferred)

0-2 years of work experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Retail experience

Knowledge of the energy market (Gas/Power/Renewables)

Strong analytical and investigative skills

Coding and/or analytical capabilities

Negotiation and influencing skills

Innovation mindset and ability to identify market opportunities

International experience (e.g., studying abroad)

Knowledge of Portuguese or French is a plus
