What does a Civil Engineer in Community Development do?

    Working alongside a team of engineers, designers and project managers to deliver quality engineering and technical activities to achieve successful projects     Participate in meetings with clients and other consultants, and contractors to facilitate effective project coordination.     Complete design calculations and records within time and budget restraints     Gain experience in superintendence & administration of construction contracts      Oversee the production of civil engineering designs and gain experience in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and 12d to create engineering plans in a digital format     Contribute to the preparation of reports and other essential engineering documentation.     Conduct site visits to observe and monitor construction activities, providing valuable insights for ongoing design projects.
