Purpose
As a Junior Business Analyst within the Platform and Common Services Team at our leading Communication SaaS company, your primary purpose will be to support the team in optimizing our software platform and common services, enabling us to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions to our customers. Your role is pivotal in driving efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and requirements, ensuring that all team members have access to essential information. Requirements of the Role
A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools is a plus. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
