You will work under the instruction of Team leader/Manager and be trained to carry out actuarial work that includes (but is not limited to):
Calculations for GMP Rectification and Equalisation, and other data rectification projects (for example, Normal Retirement Age Equalisation and pension increase corrections) Scoping out work and determining data requirements Examining pension scheme documents to identify key benefit information required for calculations Carrying out data analysis to determine data gaps and provide solutions to data issues Designing and running spreadsheet calculationsDeveloping pensions knowledgeTake responsibility for own projectsYour experience will include:
