The role:
This unique opportunity exists for you to work closely with internal stakeholders within the Finance, Sales and Operations teams. Providing sound financial advise to Business Unit leaders to support decision making and drive process / performance improvement initiatives and assist in the achievement of sustainable and profitable operations.
This position will be located at our Gauge Circuit site in Canning Vale, WA.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities (including but not limited to):
Assist in the day to day KPI tracking of the business, assist in end of month duties, forecast and budgeting and timely financial reporting. Supporting the business through consolidated analytics, insights, gap analysis, and commentary for management reporting to support the delivery of business targets and initiatives. Financial Modelling integrating main operational and commercial drivers for the business. Establish a good working relationship with business units and providing guidance in the healthy monitoring and controlling of margin components. Provide financial reports and analysis to Operations and Commercial teams to ensure financial performance is accurately reported and easily understood. Ensure a close and effective relationship is maintained with Operations teams and other internal customers in order to achieve maximum sales and profit within the business resource allocation.
What’s needed?
Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:
Business related degree CPA or CA qualification or progressing towards such qualification is highly regarded Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills Strong analysis and problem solving Excellent oral & written communication skills Budgeting and Forecasting Good presentation skills Able to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders Multi tasking – prioritising to meet deadlines Month end reporting
