Operations Graduate Programme 2025

Location: You will move across different locations, mainly in Central and Northern Scotland, there is also the possibility of being required go to the South of England on assignment.

Your unique contribution

3 extraordinary years – our Operations Graduate Programme will give you the training, project and line management experience to be part of the future leadership team of Chivas Brothers.

Over three exciting years, you’ll develop management skills, gain valuable experience and training across a variety of functions such as Distillation in whisky and gin, Maturation, Engineering, Product Development, Logistics, and Planning & Inventory.

Throughout the programme you will have exposure to a variety of projects and work experience such as:

Improving operational efficiencies of key assets at a Malt, Grain or Gin distillery, or one of our bulk maturation facilities.Identifying opportunities to improve business processes.Energy and Sustainability project management with exposure to major engineering projects.Management experience.New product development.

All of this will be underpinned with a comprehensive training and development programme.

Your blend of talent

We are looking for Honours (or above) graduates in STEM and Supply Chain and Logistics subjects.A positive, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic attitude is essential. We need graduates who will be equally effective working as part of a team and working independently – so expect to take the initiative and make things happen under your own direction. On top of that you will have a passion to learn and be focused on a career in Operations or Engineering.Industry experience and/or completion of an Industrial Placement will also be desirable, but not essential.Work locations will vary across a series of different placements during the graduate programme. You will be expected to be mobile and able to move across different locations, mainly in Central and Northern Scotland. However there is also the possibility of being required to undertake an assignment in the South of England as part our graduate programme as a key requirement of undertaking our graduate programme.
