Description:
Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established mining company, is looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join their team in Gauteng. As a Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role in the mining operations, operating and maintaining the grader equipment to ensure the proper grading of surfaces and roads.

Responsibilities:

Operate and control grader equipment to grade surfaces and roads Maintain proper and accurate grading according to specifications Perform pre-start checks and routine equipment maintenance Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent. Valid Grader Operator Certificate Symbol A Dover test 3 years’ experience as a grader operator in opencast mining. Sound knowledge of grader equipment operation and maintenance Operational knowledge of opencast mining and earth moving equipment Valid driver’s license
