Grader Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$26.00 to $29.55 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Work closely with Planerman to insure the manufacturing quality of our productGrade on line and maintain grade level performance of 95%Keep lug loader and trimmer going and straighten any cross ups from trimmer to graders station and restart the trimmer in case of a stoppagePeriodic checks on lumber sizes and grade stamping for legibility and correctness as to grade and condition

Grader Qualifications:

Previous sawmill experience is requiredMust have thorough knowledge of PLIB, WCLIB and WWPA grade rules as applied to company product lineIf not previously certified by an accredited agency, candidate must become a certified lumber grader within 1 yearMust know all grade marks and trim marksMust be able to recognize different species of woodApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
