The Liquidity Product Team in GPS is responsible for managing over $500B of corporate and commercial deposits across ~40 different currencies. The team covers deposit strategy, deposit pricing, deposit appetite, product development and product management - including sweeps, zero balance accounts, physical cash concentration and multi-currency notional pooling.  The team also supports large/complex liquidity deals, drives liquidity thought leadership, analyzes the impact of monetary policy on wholesale banking and leads the GPS response to regulatory changes/inquiries.

The Global Liquidity Product Management and Development team is responsible for managing a core set of Liquidity Products as well as developing new products and capabilities in the Liquidity Product space.  The team seeks to empower and enable the organization through data enablement and product development while managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation of new capabilities, creating a global product vision with corresponding Product roadmaps.

We are seeking a Liquidity Cash Concentration Product Manager that will own the Cash Concentration Product suite end to end. The Product Manager should have strong product management skills and work cross-functionally with internal business partners to manage and enhance the product set. 

The ideal candidate will have experience identifying business development opportunities, developing a strategy and vision for the product, and executing on it while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Oversees a set of product(s) and maintains financial responsibility, including accountability for profit and loss activities such as revenue, profit margins, etc.Identifies and creates plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilitiesUnderstands product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape to provide awareness of trends to sales and marketing teamsDevelops and/or influences product strategy, driving products in cash management to provide comprehensive solutions across the bankPartners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption ratesDrives transaction and revenue growth and manages associated financial processes (i.e., forecast, monthly flash reporting, etc.)Collaborates with internal technology subject matter experts and researches product-related trends in order to provide an integrated and automated client experience.Diversity & Inclusion Champion: Models an inclusive environment for employees and clients, aligned to company D&I goals.Demonstrates deep process knowledge, operational excellence and innovation through a focus on simplicity, data based decision making and continuous improvement.Enterprise Advocate & Communicator: Communicates enterprise decisions, purpose, and results, and connects to team strategy, priorities and contributions.Risk Manager: Ensures proper risk discipline, controls and culture are in place to identify, escalate and debate issues.Provides inspection, coaching and feedback to motivate, differentiate and improve performance.Financial Steward: Actively manages expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives, making sound financial decisions.Driver of Business Outcomes: Delivers results by effectively prioritizing, inspecting and appropriately delegating team work.
